On the ground floor we have: the fully equipped kitchen with a dining room facing the garden; the magnificent round living room, elegant, comfortable, and with a wall of windows facing the pool area and with a gorgeous panorama on the sea; the master bedroom with ensuite; a double bedroom and a twin; other two bathrooms. A fashionable staircase leads to the first floor where we have a nice indoor terrace overlooking the living room, with pool table, treadmill (“tapis roulant”), table-football and home gym; a double bedroom and a bathroom.
